If you have an insurance plan with acupuncture benefits, I can request reimbursement from your insurance carrier for you, or a receipt can be printed that you could send with a claim form to request reimbursement yourself. Common insurance carriers with acupuncture benefits include Providence, Moda Health, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Health, Kaiser/CHP, Pacific Source, Cigna, and American Specialty Health, but are not limited to only these. We can also bill motor vehicle accident claims. If your health insurance plan does not have acupuncture benefits, it can sometimes be added by request. Please contact me or your insurance carrier to find out if you have these treatment benefits on your individual plan.
